1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened Items: Products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If an item is damaged during delivery or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return or exchange.
  • Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items such as beauty devices and accessories are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made or special order products, as well as any products marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return process.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may apply to returned items, excluding damaged or defective products.
  • Partial Refunds: Items that are opened, used, or returned outside the return window may be subject to partial refunds or refused.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear pictures of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery (unless defective).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Final sale items.

7. Shipping & Handling Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. International Orders

For international returns, please ensure that you comply with local import/export regulations. Return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
